Scales: Melodic Minor Scales

All major scales share the same key signature with their relative minor scale. We discuss how to determine the relative minor and their 3 note per string fingering patterns. The accompanying .PDF document features the “A“ minor scale (relative to “C“ major). Each pattern should be moved across the neck in half steps to assure familiarity in all 12 keys.
